Good Things Grow Here

Expeditionary Learning Projects

Expeditionary Learning at Mill View Primary School is an innovative approach to education that brings learning to life through exciting, in-depth projects, or "expeditions," designed to inspire curiosity and deepen understanding. Rooted in real-world experiences, these cross-curricular projects encourage children to explore meaningful topics, develop critical thinking skills, and connect their learning to the wider world. Through hands-on activities, collaboration, and purposeful exploration, our pupils grow not only academically but also in confidence, creativity, and resilience. At Mill View, we believe Expeditionary Learning empowers children to become passionate learners and active contributors to their community, preparing them for a bright future.
